3. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Refunds are only applicable in the following limited scenarios:

  • Order not delivered due to a verified failure from our side

4. Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Valid photo/video proof is mandatory
  • Unverified claims will not be accepted

5. Delivery & Acceptance Responsibility

By accepting the delivery:

  • You confirm that the product is received in acceptable condition
  • Courier confirmation will be considered valid proof of delivery
Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without valid reason may lead to restriction of future services.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By completing a payment, you explicitly agree that:

  • You will not initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
  • All disputes must first be reported to our support team for resolution
  • This policy serves as a legally binding agreement during dispute resolution

We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks using order confirmation, delivery proof, and policy acceptance records.
